Job Description / Summary:

We are seeking a high energy District Manager with experience in office administration to assist the Vice President- Corporate Affairs / Sales in overseeing our new Nigerian office in Lagos . The right person for this job will be highly responsible, possess outstanding Customer Service skills, organized, strong attention to detail, professional, and a team player. Prior Office Management experience (Office operation, Customer Service, management of staff, Event promotions, budgeting, etc) required. Manage & maximize service and retention efforts for all products in assigned market (s) to achieve disciplined and profitable growth in alignment with KEK business goals.
Applies proven technology expertise within the framework of the KEK Technology Adaptive Enterprise to sales campaigns through experience, collaboration, and depth/breadth to critical opportunities.

Job Responsibilites:

-Completes projects associated with his / her area of responsibility.
- Implements innovative ideas to improve processes and performance within their assigned area(s).
- Work closely with the other Employees, Resellers and Agents in the form of training and development on customer service, product knowledge, Service Promotions and Revenue Generation.
- Supports the VP- Corporate Affairs & Sales by coaching Staff / Resellers / Agents to consistently provide exceptional performance and customer service, and addresses performance issues.
- Monitors the performance of Staff / Resellers / Agents, monitors the customer experience, addresses Staff / Reseller / Agent and Client concerns, and addresses difficult Client issues.
- Provides Status to Upper Management on a regular basis.
- Communicate positively with staff, Clients, and partners.
- Assists Management in recruiting, hiring, training / retaining, a diverse and talented team.
- Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Protects all company Equipments and Assets.
- Follows standard practices and procedures.
- Maintains office expectations and systems.
- Attends IT related Conferences, Exhibitions &. Symposiums
- Accountable for ensuring the company achieves it Market projections and Revenue goals.
- Performs other administrative functions as assigned by VP, including writing performance / appraisal reviews, Office Schedules, Payment to Suppliers and Agents, Office Supplies Authorization.
Provides Nigerian team with leadership & coaching, promote company awareness country-wide.
Engaged in both new business and existing relationships.
Reports to Vice President- Corporate affairs and Sales

Qualifications: Educational, Skills or Experience Requirements

* Bachelors degree or HND, preferably in Business / Communication / Computer related field.

* Ideal candidate has 2 or more years of successful office Experience in the business critical server related Environment.

* Strong strategic leadership skills.

* Must be effective at teaming up with other business entities or organizations.

* Excellent communication skills; including the ability to make formal presentations to individuals and groups. Proven track record with the ability to meet weekly, monthly and annual activity / quota standards

* Demonstrate strong ability teaming on complex projects.

* Strong Computer Skills

* Knowledge of World Wide Web's Structures and Modalities is a plus.

* Experience building strong sales teams and driving results, defining common processes, mentoring/coaching sales representatives for improved performance.
